DayVisa provides consultancy and assistance in the process of obtaining travel visas. Our services include document verification, form completion, and interview scheduling, without guaranteeing visa approval by the authorities.
The user undertakes to provide complete and accurate information, to meet the established deadlines, and not to attempt to defraud the system. Any false document or intentional omission shall be the sole responsibility of the user.
DayVisa is not responsible for decisions made by consular authorities, postal delays, or errors caused by incorrect data provided by the user. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased services.
Service fees are paid in full before processing. Refunds are possible only if the visa application has not yet been submitted, with a 15% administrative fee retained. Consular fees are non-refundable.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We do not share information with third parties, except for the relevant authorities and strictly necessary logistics partners.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified 30 days in advance via email. Continued use of the services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
